O Jornalista Roberto Simon me envia link's para a correspondência do Departamento de Estado dos EUA sobre o meu pedido de visto de trabalho atendendo ao convite de várias Universidades norte americanas.

Nesse momento estava asilado na Embaixada do Panamá no Chile. O governo chileno só me deu o laisser passer para permitir minha saída do Chile. O governo norte americano apesar da pressão de vários setores: economistas, políticos, estudantes, intelectuais, não permitiu minha entrada nos EUA.

Naquele momento eu já estava proibido de ingressar nos EUA sob acusão de chefe do terrorismo no Brasil. Após a minha saída para o México, alguns meses depois encontrei a mesma barreira na Alemanha, país para o qual eu me dirigia asilado para ocupar o cargo de Professor do Instituto Starnberg.

Estas perseguições eram baseadas em "informações" enviadas pela Ditadura brasileira. É vergonhoso constatar que governos inclusive social-democratas tenham aceitado estas acusações para impedir minha mobilização contra a Ditadura brasileira e agora também a chilena como testemunha direta de sua rerpressão brutal.
