"The inaugural ceremony which took place last Friday in Paris City Hall, in the presence of the Mayor of Paris Anne Hidalgo, the Director of UNESCO Irina Bokova and of Kacem Afaya, representative of the Tunisian Quartet who received the Peace Nobel Prize in 2015, was a great success. 

 

This ceremony was the occasion for us to take stock of the expectations that our initiative has created among many scholars, within many institutions and, more generally, among many citizens. We hope to be, as a group, up to the challenge."
